I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, nestled in a safe area just off a stylish and impressive avenue. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The breakfast served here was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax and unwind.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. The staff were attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was great.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Grand Plaza hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Paulista Avenue and the metro. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room and a small kitchen area. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, close to Paulista Avenue and a large mall. We were surrounded by upmarket restaurants and everything we needed was within reach. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful building and a high sun illuminated atrium that provided a pleasant sensorial experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary Wi-Fi and early check-in at no extra charge were also a nice bonus.
